Omer Siddique
Omer Siddique is a results-driven business leader with over two decades of experience spanning construction, production, international trade, and retail. As Managing Director at Forgebuilt, he oversees the firm’s strategic direction, operational excellence, and project delivery with a clear focus on quality, growth, and client satisfaction.
Omer’s leadership track record includes steering multiple successful ventures across diverse sectors. He currently serves as CEO of Mzee Built, a prominent construction company known for its execution of complex development projects. His previous roles include:
- Director at Evernew Homes, where he supervised residential and commercial construction projects.
- CEO of International Ceramics Ltd, where he led a decade of sustained growth and market expansion.
- CEO of International Trading House, managing high-value import/export operations including contracts with the United Nations (Oil for Food Program – Iraq) and global e-commerce entities such as Amazon.
- Partner at Sanitar, a retail outlet specializing in ceramic and tile products, where he streamlined retail operations and enhanced customer reach.
With a strong foundation in operational strategy, project management, and international business, Omer brings a forward-thinking and disciplined approach to his role at Forgebuilt. Ali Salman
Ali Salman is a seasoned professional in project management and strategic development, currently serving as Director at Forgebuilt. With a forward-thinking mindset and a proven record of unlocking growth opportunities, he leads the firm’s efforts in cultivating key alliances, securing landmark projects, and expanding Forgebuilt’s regional and international footprint.
In addition to his leadership at Forgebuilt, Ali serves as the Country Head for Consulenze Setavia, a globally recognized international project management firm. This dual role gives him a unique edge in bridging international best practices with local execution excellence. His cross-sector expertise spans real estate, infrastructure, and urban development, enabling him to shape high-impact strategies and deliver value-driven project outcomes.
In addition to his leadership roles, Ali is the developer of Venetian Gardens, a premium farmhouse real estate project in Lahore known for its upscale rural living concept and modern planning.
Ali’s strengths lie in his ability to align stakeholder interests, forge sustainable partnerships, and steer projects from concept to completion with precision and purpose. Umar Riaz Cheema
Umar Riaz Cheema brings over 15 years of distinguished leadership in the corporate sector to his role at Forgebuilt. As Director, he plays a pivotal role in driving partnerships, unlocking new opportunities, and expanding the firm’s footprint across the construction and infrastructure ecosystem.
Umar’s dynamic career spans senior leadership roles across multiple industries. He currently serves as Director at Haro Constructions and Etihad Cotex, and as Marketing Director at Zivon Green Energy. His deep expertise in marketing strategy, corporate development, and stakeholder engagement has helped position these firms at the forefront of their respective markets.
A natural connector and business strategist, Umar’s ability to foster high-value collaborations is bolstered by his influential role within the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI), where he serves as Convener of a Standing Committee. His strategic foresight and multifaceted skill set – including entrepreneurship, public administration, and corporate communications – have consistently translated into tangible growth for every venture he is part of. Hamza Fazeel Asif is a results-driven entrepreneur with over 12 years of multifaceted experience across real estate, agriculture, information technology, and retail sectors. As Director of Orbit Developers—one of Pakistan’s largest apartment building construction companies—Hamza has played a key role in reshaping urban residential landscapes through innovation, scale, and strategic execution.
At ForgeBuilt, he brings his proven expertise in business expansion, market planning, and stakeholder engagement, aligning marketing strategies with long-term development goals. Hamza also serves as CEO of Fuel Express, further showcasing his commitment to operational efficiency and customer-centric growth.
